There are several key elements which allows 21st century educators to address the issues of diversity in learning.  One such issue is that of communication and collaboration.  When the learners are able to utilize the technologies because they have been properly trained or are allowed to explore in order to learn and to become creative, this will be of great benefit to their success.  Also another very important factor is:  after they have acquired the skills required then they will be so empowered that they will be willing to share what they have learnt with others.  Being able to collaborate will help in advancing the skills to a wider community.  This will be a positive and meaningful element in today's educational pursuits.

In every era, changes are always observed and noted.  In recent times ours has been that of social media.  The changes have not swept the landscape but it is providing another means of engaging with people near and far.  It can be deemed a revolution, which if used effectively can give all of us a greater choice in how we live and communicate.  It has affected where we get our news, how we start and conduct business, how we stay in touch with each other and what we can influence.

Hi everyone : We are at the start of another module (e Learning in the Connected Classroom) - waiting to learn new and exciting things.  There is a possibility that it will be different in a more structured way but we Will Do Well because we can.  Much success to all my group members.
