Module 10 - Activity 1
After careful consideration and evaluation I have concluded that my school is in the Applying Phase of ICT integration. The development of a mission and vision statement along with a new ICT policy have presented an organized plan which has garnered the support of the staff. The direct access by many of the teachers and the students to personally owned Tablets, Laptops or Cellular Phones along with easy access to the school’s two Computer Labs and one onsite Access Center owned by a major telecommunications company has made inquiry-based learning more popular at my school. The school also own two projectors which are available to the teachers who do not have access to the computer labs. The addition and use of several software have complimented the changes in a number of ways we prepare and communicate with the students, teachers and parents. As we move forward there are several plans afoot to ensure that all members of staff are trained and equipped to improve their skil
