Promoting Discussion

Proper questioning techniques is as important or probably even more important than the actual questions asked.  I have struggled in this department because what I thought were questions turned out to be mere statements.  It is a skill that if teachers can grasp will do a power of good to the students in their charge.  I know that I am getting better based on the information that I have perused, the feedbacks from my colleagues and the advise that I have received from my tutor.
My students stand to benefit in the future.
