Assessing ICT Integration - What we assess

Activity 2:

There are so many features of our class sessions that we can assess to determine how well our students are learning.  I would like to mention a few that you might be able to relate to as well.
  
  •  We can assess how learners contribute to group discussion 
  • We can assess as they play and learn, while creating online interactive games  
  • Making a class presentation - Assess on both content and presentation.
  
  • We can also assess how well they use pictorial representation to present their findings. 
These and many other assessment can be used, the list is long.  When we use a variety of methods to assess our students we are enabling a better learning environment for all persons: both educators and learners.

Module 2A-4: activity 11 - Creating a Personal Learning Network

Creating a PLN has been a very engaging exercise for me. Knowing that I can communicate and collaborate with like minds across the world while integrating ICT in our teaching/learning environment makes me excited.
